Marta Hanson has built her career managing and motivating mission-driven teams to do their most effective, values-driven work. As a facilitator, she brings an equity lens to the framework of strengths-based development to help individuals, managers, and organizations connect with what they uniquely do best to increase their impact and thrive.
Marta's clients include civic leaders, nonprofits, certified benefit corporations, entrepreneurs, and universities across the country. She teaches the course Strengths-Based Leadership: Increase Your Impact and Thrive through Stanford Continuing Studies, and her work on strengths-based leadership has been featured in Forbes and General Assembly, among others.
Marta holds undergraduate degrees in American Studies and Feminist Studies from Stanford and a Master in Public Administration from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard. She has been a Certified Strengths Coach with Gallup since 2017.
